Apparently Bond was an originator of the Nato strap in Goldfinger, 9 years before the "Nato Strap" became commonplace

Interesting, yes. I've just been doing some reading around on it. Seems the grey/black model of NATO strap is now known as "Bond" to the experts and collectors, as that's the colour it was initially thought had been used in the films.

A little something like this:
http://www.omegawatc...ps/031ZSZ002045

Very niche, but smart, nod to GOLDFINGER if so.

TBH, I'm not a fan of material straps, all the watches I have are leather straps. Whilst I like the look of some of the proper metal straps, it's leather for me above all - looks smarter, feels better etc.

That's a NATO strap alright. Never thought we'd see one of those again. I'm not a big fan, personally, but it does have a significant association with Bond, so why not?

Old School, right? Craig has been using the NATO strap personally for years. The guy has good taste in watches. Never knew Omega had those. Must get one for the PO. This should really be in the product placement chat, my fault, got a bit excited to see that little detail in the official pic. These little details are the things that really sell Dan´s commitment to the Bond franchise. Guy knows his Bond.

I do love the Aston Martin, but this DB10 still looks like something from the future; a little TOO space-age and curvaceous. The DBS will still get my motor running.

Remark that it is impossible to put a licence plate. Afterall there is only one man who can drive it.

I think it's miles ahead of the DBS in terms of design. The DBS reminded me too much of the DB7 and DB9. So naturally, for me, the DB10 looks beautiful and a much needed change to an already classic lineup.

This photo of Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra looks like a promotional image for the film, but I believe it's just from the filming at the fake cemetery on February 19th.

Crikey, even the clapperboard pictures look stunning now!

The light, the setting, the cars...just perfect.

Filming this chase at night is the right decision. I think it'll look much better that way, and feel more thrilling.

I couldn't think of a better place to make a car chase than Rome. It will look magnificent on the big screen, a beautiful city at night adds even more interest.

I'm hoping it will echo the beauty of Shanghai we teasingly saw in 'Skyfall'. That was a city that really came alive at night.

That clapperboard pic is giving me a serious Fast and Furious vibe... which is not a bad thing at all! Loving this one.

Looking awesome as usual! Now if a video game is developed of SPECTRE, I SO want this scene as one of the levels! :)

So Hinx is using a double-barreled pistol? Nice. There seems to be an added sense of flair about SPECTRE.

So would that carry two magazines in the grip??  If so, a small calibre?

After doing a quick search, www.gizmag.com/arsenal-firearms-double-barrel-pistol/21806/

The pistol holds 16 .45 ACP rounds split between two columns, which connect to a single base plate and can be loaded like a single magazine.
