Makes me think why bother with the previous, and not well-received, poster release? It's like these are almost here to wipe-out the previous attempt!

WOW these are spectacular! And I must admit, apart from Daniel in the white tux, these new posters are better than the last lot.   Now if only both could be made available for purchase. I want Dan in the white tux and this new colorful background..Perhaps I'll get both..Choices, choices! LOL..

My guess is to keep focusing media attention on the upcoming event. It will be extremely difficult to even match Skyfall's box-office gross. Not with the last part of The Hunger Games and Star Wars (especially!) having their premieres around SPECTRE. Not to mention other movies: The Hateful 8, The Martian etc.
That's probably why the marketing campaign is and will be more aggressive this time (more posters, more trailers than usual).

I think word of mouth is taking off more now with the Sam Smith buzz, and these posters, and hopefully a final trailer by the end of the month.

And then the press interviews, TV shows etc.

The snowball is gradually building momentum.

Yes, I'd love to have at least one of these. I used to have a source at a local movie theater who could often get me Bond (and other) posters for free. But he went and got himself a real job , so that's that. Now I have to depend on the kindness of retailers.

Quite a few interesting photos there:
- a picture of Judi Dench's M on a wall

I'm thinking it's part of a sick game, ala the 'James Bond' with the red arrow written on the wall. 

 

Looks like Bond is getting an injection of some sort by Q. I'd laugh if he simply say "ow" again.

I don't see or read anything in this article or on the pics that I haven't seen, read or heard before. We had pictures from the shooting,  parts of it are in the trailer. News to me that they had 1.000 crew on location. There were several hundreds, but not one thousand. Guess The Daily Mail did count every cow within eyesight as "crew". And the built one barn in Obertilliach (as we saw in tons of pictures), not ten. Hope the photos in the supplement are for real...
