The Offence is to me his best piece of acting. He should have got an Oscar for this one.
Untouchables, Last Crusade, Red October and The Rock are great and highly enjoyable films

My favorite Connery scene from Last Crusade:
I love this scene:-
Also, the scene just makes me hate Crystal Skull all that much more. We didn't need a 4th Indiana Jones. This was the perfect ending.

Great call, The Offence is a superb drama and Connery's performance is one of his best. He and Sydney Lumet made 5 movies together, but this and The Hill are probably the best (The Anderson Tapes isn't bad either). You can argue that it's thanks to Lumet's early work with Connery that allowed him to get beyond the Bond type casting.

The Offence is the one Connery must-see film I still haven't seen. I can't recall ever having seen it at any video store, no is it ever found in DVD sections at stores and I have never seen it on cable networks.
Gives me something to look forward to someday.

I don't know what to make of Robin and Marion - Is it meant to be serious? a Comedy? If it's meant to be serious, I can't take it seriously - Robin stopping a man from taking him by kicking him between the legs? The acting is laughable, though Connery does make a good go of it.
It's hard to believe that this film was made less than 4 years after Diamonds are Forever was released. Whilst I knew Connery wore a toupee during the majority of his Bond tenure, he looks so much older here.

With a good toupee, a diligent lighting man and ice on the nipples before they shout action we can all be Bond way past our primes

well, I'll go with 'The Untouchables'-Awesome flim.
'The First Great Train Robbery' and 'Entrapment's rather enjoyable.. 'The Rock's ok.
I never liked Indiana Jones films, but Sir Sean make Last Crusade watchable.
