If you type that address, it'll direct you to the Skyfall movie site. Click on "Extras" you'll see what it was: Bond fans were able to upload a photo, which was then to be used as part of one of those mosaic pictures that consist of gazillions of tiny pictures. Looks like this ...erm... most importnat feature will be back for B24.

I wonder just how much amusement, if any, Bond 24's press officers are getting from the guessing games going on among the fans...
Purvis & Wade have some interesting comments on the title for SkyFall here:

Nothing that would give us a clue to Bond 24's title, but it suggests we might have a one-word, three-syllable title, and one we might not be able to predict - assuming P&W have any influence on it this time around.

Well, it ended up being a one-word and not-predictable title, although it was not three syllable.
