I work in a law firm, so it needs to be a bit toned down and not too over the top (scantily-clad women, etc.).  What are the best places to look for stuff like this?

Toned down. Hum, hum - not easy for a law firm. You might consider going with something not directly related. The bulldog from SKYFALL perhaps? I believe it's still a top seller of Royal Doulton. Bit on the nerdy side: the Q10 mug. Also there are a number of minimalist film posters to be had, some of them really clever. You could use a Penfold Heart golfball as paperweight, they are still in business, though with a different logo. Originals from the 1960s show up regularly on eBay. If you are prepared to spend a little more you could order Bond's LALD espresso machine, it looks rather decorative even if you are more of a tea guy.

Great thinking, Dustin.  Minimalist is exactly what I'm going for.  Something like the bulldog, a mug, or a golfball that alludes to the movie would be great.  On the suggestions, however, I am not a Daniel Craig guy.  I'd rather get something that hearkens back to Connery, Lazenby, or Moore's Bond with a preference for Connery.  The golf ball would work.  I am a bit leery of purchasing these sorts of things off eBay, but I guess I just need to get over that.

Also, framed prints like these may work:

DB5:

Casino:

(Thought I doubt the quality at such low prices)

Car models are always great for offices. There are all kinds of scales/sizes and qualities on the market (depending on how much money you want to spend), and Bond cars are plenty. A DB5 model is the natural choice, of course. But a set of three can also be great, but (depending on how much space you have) a nice idea is a set of three:  the DB5, the Lotus Esprit, and maybe the BMW from TWINE, the YOLT Toyota or the 2CV from FYEO.

Myself, I currently have a Corgi DB5 on my desk and a GF poster on the wall. Used to have a rare Ken Adam exhibition poster in another office, and a 007 mug.

Here are a few more ideas that my friend and I came up with last night:

1) Framed print of Ian Fleming's "Goldeneye" estate

2) Framed print of Piz Gloria

3) Framed print of Universal Exports Logo

4) Framed print of MI-6 headquarters in London

5) Making some sort of use of Penfold Hearts or Slazenger golf balls

Thoughts on these?  I think the Universal Exports may not quite be subtle enough.  Almost no one will get the reference (which is fine), but it may be a bit odd to have the logo of (what will seem to most as) a random company in a law office.

I have the Q-mug at the office. It's a good way to tell everybody that I have a secret hobby.

The suggestions all seem to be along the lines of tchotchkes; are you, in fact, just looking for nick-nacks for your shelves or something that really makes a statement?

Personally I'd be Googling keywords like "mad men" or "mid-century modern(e)" and see what turns-up in terms of desks, lamps, chairs, office accessories, etc. You could build yourself quite the nice little SPECTRE command center ...

As to the tchotchkes, do a search on Etsy for "james bond" and you'll find some amazing original art that's both tasteful and unique as well as clothing, assorted vintage items, and more that generally conjure 007 without necessarily citing specific titles.

Don't ignore Craig's List, either; sellers get a bit liberal with the "just like James Bond" on there but still a great source for pieces you can see first hand and cart off without incurring S/H fees.

I saw one of these when I was in London, and couldn't resist buying one either.
