Here's my list of actors and actresses that I think had best chemistry together.
- Connery & Ursula Andress (They both look well together Connery protecting her through the film was nice)
- Lazenby & Rigg
- Moore & Bach (Love and Hate relationship)
- Dalton & Maryam
- Brosnan & Izabella (Both badass)
- Craig & Green
Now to list my three best obviously the best chemistry was Lazenby and Riggs they looked outstanding together and I was surprised to see Bond even put himself in stake to save her. Second would be Craig and Green they both were amazing together and looked like they made each other happy but it always felt like both were hiding something. Now third I think was Brosnan and Izabella in Goldeneye together they looked like complete badass and Izabella was smart she wasn't like previous Bond females that just sat there.

I actually think that the Bond films never had a paring with bad chemistry.

I like that this thread was made. It's an interesting thing to think about. I really like Craig's chemistry with Green in Casino Royale. I also really like Eve and Bond together in Skyfall. Plus Moore with Barbara Bach in The Spy Who Loved Me.

I couldn't stand Eva Green, she just was so smug and full of herself. When she told Bond that there wasn't enough room in the lift for her and his ego, it just reeks of hypocrisy. Every time I watch Casino Royale I keep thinking "if only Connery was in this he would have slapped her by now". I'm not misogynistic or think that it's okay to hit women, but that's how much she annoyed me. When I read the book for the first time I was sad when she died, in the film I was relived. I don't even think that their romance was very well developed, for most of the film he just seems like he wants to strangle her then all of a sudden they're in love. Their chemistry was much better handled in the novel I think.

I like Green a lot in CR, but I understand when you can't stand her than you have a tough time realy believing their relationship while watching CR.
She's a person you like, or (very) dislike.

Here's my selections for each Bond:
Sean Connery and Claudine Auger in Thunderball
George Lazenby and Diana Rigg in On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Roger Moore and Maud Adams in Octopussy
Timothy Dalton and Maryam d'Abo in The Living Daylights
Pierce Brosnan and Izabella Scorupco in GoldenEye
Daniel Craig and Eva Green in Casino Royale
Overall though, I'd say the best on-screen chemistry goes to:
Daniel Craig and Eva Green in Casino Royale

Dalton and D'Abo just seemed so perfect and I really loved their chemistry.
Green and Craig played off each other very well too.

I hear you.. In the book, I really enjoyed the character and the movie I feel like Eva Green portrayed her differently.

I agree with a lot of these. I really like Pierce and Izabella. They were just great together and also Timothy Dalton and Maryam D-Abo. I also really liked Timothy Dalton and Carey Lowell had great chemistry as well.

Bond and Viona Volpe as in a love/hate relationship... there was a lot of chemistry on the screen in the scene's they had together.
I totally agree there. Luciana Paluzzi had the most screen presence of Connery's women and they played very well off each other.
Roger Moore and Tanya Roberts. Just kidding!
Despite the 28 year age difference between the two and her being one of the weakest Bond leading ladies in one of the 3 weakest films in the series, I didn't think the chemistry between the two of them was that bad during the scene where "St. John-Smythe" meets Stacey or later when they're having dinner in her kitchen. Of course, John Barry's magnificent underscoring of those 2 scenes might have something to do with why I think this way.
As to the main topic of this thread, by each actor's era:
Sean Connery era: Bond and Fiona Volpe(Luciana Paluzzi)
George Lazenby era: Bond and Tracy(Diana Rigg)
Roger Moore era: Bond and Octopussy Smythe(Maud Adams)
Timothy Dalton era: Bond and Kara Milovy(Maryam d'Abo)
Pierce Brosnan era: Bond and Paris McKenna Carver(Teri Hatcher)
Daniel Craig era: Bond and Solange Dimitrios(Caterina Murino)
Best overall: Dalton/Bond and d'Abo/Kara. In fact, they seem the most believable as a real life couple.

For sexual chemistry, Connery and Blackman, easy. For companionability, Dalton/D'abo.
