I seem to remember a foreign (Indian?) film that stole all of its special effects shots from "Diamonds Are Forever" - the satellite unfolding, for instance.

I am fairly certain that the missile launches from Tomorrow Never Dies were reused in the Doctor Who Episode The End of Time, David Tennant's final episode in the regular series run.

The From Russia With Love helicopter footage was also used in an episode of the 60s Doctor Who story The Enemy of the World, unfortunately that episode no longer exists, however.

Apparently, NSNA has footage from Icestation-Zebra.
Isn't there footage from another film in the YOLT mission control scenes.
There's a 90s Direct to video ICE-T film called Stealth Fighter that has the Diamonds are Forever satellite scene.
