I know a lot if not all of you aren't Glee fans and neither am I, but I think his death is very tragic and I think he had a lot of potential..

He was found in a hotel room in Vancouver I believe.

R.I.P to him and I feel really bad for Lea because they were together and they were going to get married.

Again, not a fan at all and no idea of who this really is, but a young death of someone on the rise is very sad indeed. Couldn't help think of Heath Ledger reading this.

Sad news for all fans of the show. RIP.

Yeah this kind of reminds me of Heath Ledger a lot too since he died way too young.

As with others here, I'm NOT a Glee fan and really have no idea who he was, but my heart goes out to his friends, family and co-stars. Sadly this is a way too common tragedy that we here happening to celebrities..

I was a huge GLEE fan during its first season - and Cory Moneith was definitely one of the most promising newcomers within its cast.  A devestating tragedy that he is no longer with us.

Same here, although I lasted a couple of episodes into its second season before giving up on it.  Even though the writers often decided to unnecessarily make his character into a jerk, Monteith was always a major pillar of the show and they won't be able to replace him.

It'll be interesting to see how (or even if) they decide to carry on.  The decision to, for all intents and purposes, fire the bulk of the original cast looks even more foolish now.  A new season with the old cast could have provided a way for the show to move beyond the tragedy.  Now, with a largely new cast, I don't see how they're going to pull it off, given that it's one of the worst-written shows on TV today and one that is carried entirely by the talent of its cast.

No idea who he was as I've never made it through an episode of GLEE without wanting to throw something at the TV

but he seemed like he had potential.

RIP thoughts with his family friends and co stars.

Not a fan of the show (anymore), but as a hockey fan, the Canucks lost a great fan.  Eternal rest unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.  May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace, Amen.
