We often discuss our favorite Bond movies, our favorite Bond actors, our favorite Bond girls, etc.

But what about our favorite scene(s) in a Bond movie?  When you think back on your Bond watching experience, are there certain scenes that always (or often) come to mind - for whatever reason - perhaps they are visually appealing, perhaps the cinemetography really stands out, the emotional attachment is high, the Bondian "feel" is shouting at you.

So what are your favorite scenes in the Bond movies?  List as many as you might want.  The scenes can be short or long, but list the scene, the movie, and what that scene stands out as most memorable.

Here are a few of mine...

SKYFALL - the lights moving across the glass panes as Bond sneaks up on Patrice - amazing visually.

TSWLM - XXX entering the club in her black dress - gorgeous!

GE - Pierce's entrance as Bond running across the top of the dam wall - first Bond moment to watch on film.

DN - Bond first introducing himself as "Bond, James Bond" - classic Bond moment.

More to follow.  What about your favorite Bond scenes?

I'm pretty sure it's the Golden Gate fight from "A view to a kill".

Not my favourite film, but my favourite scene, I think (many thanks to John Barry, by the way).

The pre-credits sequence for GF  for me: it works as a perfect James Bond short film in itself.

Great editing, great pace, great lines, great music, great Bond

Yes but just after that when he is climbing up a level to get to the elevator door and you see down the building. Looks awesome IMO. Perhaps not a memorable moment though.

Good thread. I did a "top 100" moments prior to watching Skyfall (mostly to keep myself out of mischief the week before). Here were mine back in October, although I may revise one or two of these now: http://fernyfilms.wo...s-part-1-of-10/

2. CR chase scene when Bond chases the "bomb maker"
