The excellent British character actor Bernard Horsfall, who played Bond's ill-fated ally Shaun Campbell in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, has died aged 82.

A great actor with a very distinctive voice. He was a clear favourite of Peter Hunt as he also appeared in Gold and Shout At The devil. Don't know if he appeared in The Persuaders episodes that Peter Hunt directed.

Although the part was small, I thought he did a great job in OHMSS.

 

 

Loved his argument with the Piz Gloria guards, he genuinely came across as a p*ssed off tourist!
