"Who said it's my first time..."
Ha-ha! Great line from Craig's 007. But, back in the day, WWII era, that could have occurred, stealthily of course. So, I believed the line from that point of view, as opposed to the more modern take.
My fav.....the final line of..... "Ready 007?"
Boo-Yah!!

The only lines that I really felt were at all memorable:
Psychologist: "M"
Bond: "Bitch"
Mallory: "Try not to cock it up"

"Why not stay dead ... ?" -- Mallory.
"Hire me or fire me. It's entirely up to you." -- Bond.

Rather oddly, the first line to come to mind was "Don't cock it up", but there is certainly a treasure trove of possibilities already mentioned in this thread. Silva's opening monologue about the rats is brilliant, and probably as close as they've ever ventured to a chunk of Fleming inspired speech in a modern Bond movie.
Another line that always amuses me is: "Q's afraid of flying." "Of course he is." That's largely down to Craig's delivery, rather than a particularly outstanding piece of script though.
