The audiences' biggest reactions

Be it a line, a scene, a joke, whatever...which part(s) of Skyfall elicited the biggest reaction from the audience in the screenings you were in and what was the reaction in particular (gasps, laughter, incredulity, applause, etc) ?
For me, in each of the viewings i've been to, the biggest reaction was:
The reveal of the Aston Martin DB5. My first viewing of Skyfall at IMAX, the audience gasped extremely audibly and there were even one or two smatterings of applause! It was the same the next two times i went; one boy sat next to me, who couldn't have been more than 15, actually said "wow!"
"Well you're bloody well not sleeping here" - M. Gets a very big laugh each time!
"What were you expecting, an exploding pen?" -Q A lot of laughs, again.
"Try and stop me, you jumped up little s***!" -Kincade One of my favourite lines and made a lot of people laugh.
The silence after Bond is shot off the train, followed by Eve's "Agent down" line. Ironically the biggest reaction from the audience because they actually say nothing at all. Just shock.
Over to you lot. Any bits that garnered applause, gasps, moans or tears of mirth? Fire away!

Biggest lack of response? The gunbarrell- loads of people just stood up to leave during it.

All of the above, plus at second showing I attended, "So that's who she is!" when Eve reveals her surname.
Haha really? Never heard a reaction like that, the audience just sort of murmered. Murmered approval or murmered 'for f- sake...'? Who knows.

- "MI6 is blown to pieces and that thing survives", regarding the bulldog always got sniggers, which helped lead to some laughs at the end
- The "exploding pen" line from Q got some sniggers
- "Try and stop me you jumped up little s**t!" got good laughs, as did his "What do you do for a living?"
A really good response I feel from a film not throwing humour right in your face, but popping in well crafted dialogue and warm humane moments all throughout you didn't see coming, which works best.

- "The whole office goes up in smoke and that bloody thing survives."
- "You're certainly not sleeping here..." (can't remember the exact line)
- Pretty much everything Kincade said ("What do you do for a living again?" - "Jumped up little s***!" - "Welcome to Scotland!")
- "The latest from Q Branch... it's called a radio!"
- Lots to do with Silva during the first meeting with Bond, then later his "Argh!" reaction after being stabbed
- The reveal of the Aston Martin, later Bond laying in it starting the machine guns
- Bond threatening to eject M frm the Aston Martin
- The bulldog when Eve hands the box to Bond
- "Good luck with that" during the dragon fight
- Much of the banter during the Q scene
I'm probably forgetting some, but the audience I was with on opening night responded very well with lots of laughs and some cheers too.

Silva in general generated a lot of amusement during his first scene. Bardem really nails every entendre perfectly.
