Gotta hand it to John Logan and Sam Mendes, this movie had so much depth and emotion at times.
Two of my favorites:
"I can tell when a woman is afraid and prentending not to be." - Bond (or close to that)
"I did get something right" - M

Yeah I like what Bond said about Severine, that was a powerful quote in my opinion.

Silva's monologue in his headquarters about rats has been mentioned in reviews and I wish I could remember it all. Also his comments in custody at MI6 HQ. something like:-
"I was kept in a room with no air for five months..... but I kept my secrets, and yours..... then I realised, it was you" ( M, who had sold Silva out)
On taking the cyanide tablet "It burned me inside, yet I survived. Life clung on to me like a disease.......I survived so I could see your face one more time" (again to M)
Another rant "I suffered, and suffered, and suffered...... do you know what hydrogen cyanide does?" (I'll spare readers the gory details here!)
I think that's how they went anyway. That and his performance in the Dead City ought to garner Javier Bardem a nomination for a BAFTA, maybe even for an Oscar. His Raoul Silva/Tiago Rodriguez is one of the most geniunely disturbing, chilling, and yet amusing of all the Bond villains.

"Bond. James Bond."
Obvious I know, but one of the best introductions in recent Bond films - powerful and matter-of-fact.
