Finally saw it for my third and likely final time. I was surprised there was actually other people there on a Monday at 3:15 over a month after the film came out. About 20 or so, all who seemed to enjoy it.

Three times so far, two of them in Imax. I expect I'll go once more--possibly twice, depending on my whim and how much longer it stays in the theaters.

Three for me, and I'd hoped to see it a fourth time in IMAX, but unfortunately we only got to Halifax this past weekend, and by then it had been bumped by "The Hobbit."

Heavy end-of-year workload (overtime) prevented my from going to see it more.  But, five is it for me, now.

 

Every time I went to see it brought new insight into the world of 007, he is a seasoned veteran of the 00-world, now.

 

The ending always brings a smile to my face.....Moneypenny at the desk, the double-padded leather door, and M at the helm..."Ready 007?" 

 

This is what the Myan's meant by an ending of a baktun, and new beginning.

Midnight opening (on a Wednesday!  Movie opened Thursday the 8th here, not the advertised 9th.)

Twice in IMAX.

Once at a speakeasy that serves food and beer (though no martinis or even Heineken)

Once with dad (Mom recently passed but upon seeing Berenice Lim Marlohe my 84 year old father turns to me and says, "I'm in love again.")

Had to jump in as I did duck out on New Year's day for my 007th screening.

 

No regrets and have my Blu-Ray pre-ordered...but a "friend in low places" *might* just have a copy for me this weekend.

As a general rule, i see most BOND movies at the cinema twice, always on the opening day, then a couple of weeks later, so of course i did this with SKYFALL,

I keep having sudden emotional urges to return for another viewing, however my local cinema has been completely overtaken with the hobbit. I did get in for the last session though. I was the first to see it, and the last. Quite a good feeling.

Back in 2002, i went to see the last showing of DAD on new yeara eve, getting out of the cinema at around 7pm. I had seen it a coiple of weeks earlier of course, but it made a change to see it on the last day of the year......
