I have pre-ordered the soundtrack and I just had two questions:

1. Where does the theme fit in the sequencing since it is not on the OST?

2. Is the album already properly sequenced if not, is the proper sequencing available?

I think the first 2 minutes of ** is used in the underground sequence from when Bond gets off the train

I know the bit with the horn glissandos is for when Bond and Silva slide down the escalator. Not sure about the rest.

What about the iTunes extra track Old Dog, New Tricks? I know where the line comes in the movie but it's probably during the Close Shave track.

Old Dog, New Tricks was for the shaving scene, but was rejected by Sam Mendes because it implied the wrong things about Bond and Eve's relationship. It was replaced by Close Shave.

Do you happen to know where Chen Jun's "Moonlight" is used?  I thought it would go between "Komodo Dragon" and "Someone Usually Dies" since I thought I heard it played at the start of Bond & Severine's conversation at the bar, as he's served his drink.  But, looking online, I find another listing that has it before "Close Shave" as the music playing before Eve arrives at the door.  Both seemed very brief, and could possibly be the same song, I'm just not very familiar with it.
