Okay, so I don't actually know much about this release, only that I have two scanned images of the front and back cover of the CD. It seems to be a Promo CD with some tracks from the game Nightfire. I already own the original game soundtracks from Tomorrow Never Dies, Quantum of Solace and From Russia With Love, all official promotional copies. Only Nightfire is missing..
Anyone any idea where to find this rare soundtrack CD?

Not especially helpful but I would say keep watching Amazon and eBay: It'll turn-up.
There is a really esoteric Austin Powers promo CD that I wanted; I knew of one -- the only one -- listed for well over $100 but I wasn't going to pay that. I held out and after about six months or so got one for maybe $20.
