When In Egypt, I myself am married with a bonny 2 year old boy, but why does that make a thread or foum topic acceptable or not to be created?

 

I'd prefer this thread doesn't turn into something like a slanging match about the creation of a thread to appreciate an actress as talented and attractive as Berenice. There are other Appreciation Threads on here, created by good people, who you must also direct your feelings to then if that's the case.

 

And "trading pictures" is hardly the case here. The images posted are public domain shots in which Berenice has consensted to taking for magazines and publicity, there's nothing no other major company or industry has been doing on the Internet that we do here on the forums, we just collate them all together and I'm not ashamed to say I find her very attractive and am happy to share the images found from promo shots and films.

 

We have Eva, Olga, Daniel and Berenice threads and will welcome more from fans - but I don't appreciate a blatant post about it almost being crude or stringing sexual frustration. This is a James Bond fan forum, and I'm a fan catering for other fans. If you don't want to look, don't open.

 

Sorry to anyone offended...actually, I'm not sorry because saying sorry is saying I've done something wrong!  Never mind.

I think what I was turned off by was the 'I found another shot of Berenice in her knickers!' vibe.  I think 'sleazy' may have been the word I was originally looking for, which is far less worrying than 'creepy'.

 

Anyway, like I said, I didn't mean to offend anyone with my sweeping generalisation, but I should have known that it was inevitable.

Glad you approve - I love them. They are from the Swarovski "Sparkling Moments" campaign. Makes the product seem bland compared to Berenice though...

I totally forgot that she smoked in the film. It didnt diminish her attraction at all. I hope she doesn't smoke in real life. Quitting was one of the best decisions I've made.

I don't know if she does or not - I guess all the "femme fetales" in cinema have to have that prop of the sexy smoking cigarette, don't know why, but they do.

 

I've never seen any pictures of her, BTS or in the street, when she's smoking so maybe it was just for the film...? Here's hoping.

I'm a non smoker myself, but I thought that scene really worked well.  At first, she exhales like a fire breathing dragon putting up a tough front.  But after Bond's analysis of her putting on a "pretty good show", you can see her turn into a frightened child.  She also quivers when Silva kisses her conveying that her character's scared to death.  I was really impressed with her acting in those scenes, and it made one really feel for her character's plight in life.

Totally agree Professor! He slow fall from grace as a confident, seductive woman to a near broken, frightened child is amazing to watch and her performance is superb and really has to be seen a few times to be truly appreciated.

 

Her reaction around Silva as she is tied on the island is brilliant - her shaking and fear is almost uncomfortable to watch as you know what's coming.
