Very, very cool. Really nice to hear them juxtaposed with one another. Thanks!

I've always wanted to hear something like that, but I lack the skill and software to do it myself.

What's cool is that several more versions could be made from different tracks off the same albums!

Wow this is fantastic. Great job.

Nice to compare the different approaches of the theme in each movie, especially in the first ones.

The electric guitar in FRWL is so nasty, same goes for TSWLM when it kicks in.
GF is classy and jazzy
In LALD it's laid back and so on...

The Barry ones from DAF on sound the most alike imo, with the exception of TLD.

God damn it, I wished you used the electronic part from the Skyfall teaser for Skyfall! Great video otherwise.

Superb job! The varied themes are really quite something. It was also interesting to hear how different and technological the themes became as time continued on, compared to some of the older tracks...

Awesome stuff!

Just waiting for an proper piece of the original soundtrack. I'm sure, Thomas Newman can do better than the notes in the trailer. The clip will be updated then, of course :) That's why I chose the "last word" in the clip as it is. The recording has been "done", just waiting for release B)

Cheers and have a good week !

Excellent video. Somehow I never really noticed how many variations of the theme have existed. In a lot of cases I simply didn't identify these pieces of music as the Bond theme.

Wise decision. The brief electronic Bond motif used in the Skyfall trailer is way too short to include, and more importantly it's from an advertisement, not an official soundtrack. We don't know who composed it. In all likelihood the Skyfall soundtrack will be entirely different. Better to wait until October.

This is bloody great!
So very nice to have them all together.
I always did enjoy the "disco" TSWLM theme as quite original.
Can't wait to hear what SF will deliver.

This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I really got the sense that Barry was tiring of the theme by the time we got to the Moore era. When you get to films like Octopussy, it really just plods along lazily without the menacing intensity of the Connery era. Maybe he thought that version of it suited Moore's playboy-esque portrayal of Bond, but I far preferred what Hamlisch did with the Bond theme in TSWLM than anything Barry did during the Moore era, or even TLD (which had very good incidental music otherwise).
