Remember the iPod Touch I won on the CBn Facebook contest in 2010? You should remember this since it was one of the few good things that happened to me that year. Still...
I got a new laptop with Windows 7 now. I downloaded iTunes 64 bits, I plug the iPod and I get an alert saying "can't connect to iTunes Store" (since I have no internet connection).
I tought it might be an iPod problem, so I reset the device. Now I can't even get the songs I had! iTunes recognizes the device, but I get the alert again and I can't sync it!
Damn you Apple! Why can't you just be a good boy, let me add/erase files in the classic "copy/paste" USB style and die!

Any help?
Thanx

If you don't have an internet connection, that could be the problem. Very strange though.
Try going to a place that has free wi-fi and trying it there. I never had a problem like this though, the biggest one I had was that it wouldn't put songs on it and it randomly screen locked for a week, afterwords it was stolen. Which was a good thing for me.
Now I stick with Zunes, which are no longer manufactured.
Hope I've brought some help to this bud.
