Give or take a few months.

I remember when I first started visiting here. It was right around the time Bond 20 officially recieved it's title. Boy that was an interesting time. I remember the controversy the images of a bearded Brosnan caused around here. Some people loved it because of how "daring" it seemed. Others felt the mere notion of Bond being imprisioned for years (we didn't know how long it would be at the time) went against the kind of man Bond was (at least according to the films). It's interesting, but no one at the time could have fathomed that this would be Pierce's swan song.

We've come a long way in ten years. Daniel Craig, the grounding of Bond, and the emphasis on interesting stories in lieu of outrageous action. Here's to ten more.

It must've been great back then. I joined 2006, just as Casino Royale was getting into gear. One of the best times on here, was anticpating it with fellow Bond fans. Absoloutely amazing. I echo your statements. Such a long way, Bond has came. Still on the top of his game. Brilliant forum, brilliant series. Here's to Skyfall and many more years of Bond and CBn!

Congratulations! Though a fan for decades I'm not nearly as long on board here. Indeed, interesting times. Who'd have thought Brosnan was to appear in an ABBA musical? Or Bond was to fetch Her Majesty? Actually - makes one wonder what else the future has in store for us, doesn't it?

Happy 10 years on CBn Jimmy...what a 10 years it's been for Bond is all I can say.

Who knows what we will be chatting over and plotting in 2022, probably whether Daniel Craig should FINALLY give up the role as 007 maybe?





Bring on 'Skyfall' for our 50th Golden Year with the big Double 0 Seven, and it's been a wonderful ride with everyone, and let's hope you have many more happy times ahead here Jimmy!
