For my book collection I managed to get a brand new copy, still in the wrapper, of the 2007 Folio Society's edition of "Live and Let Die". The book is quite a beauty; wonderful illustrations (including the ones on the cover and back) and very nice slip cover. The introduction by Ken Follet is amazing, he actually explains the controversy of "Chapter 5" among other contentions with the Bond series. It is a must have for all Bond book collectors.
There is something that I do have questions about. On the page after the frontend page, there is a statement that the book is the same as the original text, with the exception of minor emendations.
Is any one familiar enough with the text to point these out?

Sorry, no idea. I know the American edition originally underwent some changes 'for the local market', but whatever these emendations are supposed to be I can't say.
