If that thing can submerge, then its just like the one from the film. I love the quick shot of Bond and Triple X being fired out of Atlantis in a boat.

But this design will not be able to submerge, there's just an underwater wing as shown in the second picture. You can see the disk structures would have to come up from below against a tremendous weight of the water above. The design of TSWLM's Atlantis was adapted to that, here the structure would hardly keep the strain of surfacing against the pressure.
