I agree with you Fawkes. I actually do like the Quantum of Solace gun barrel more. DC has a better pose and I like how he walks away after shooting. The graphics for the gunbarrel also look better.

I like the one DABOY posted a lot. That would have been a very good gun barrel cue had it been at the start. The shots sound a little less powerful than was typical of Barry or Arnold's for Die Another Day, but the transition into the classic Bond theme (taken from the Breadcrumbs track) works perfectly and screams "classic Bond" so here's hoping for something like that for Bond 24! I echo the sentiments of those who prefer Kleinman's design from the Brosnan era. The Skyfall one, which I do prefer to Quantum's, says "amateur" to me for some reason.

So I got bored and created 5 Daniel Craig gun barrel alternatives using David Arnold scores and orchestrations (BBC Film proms rendition as well). The first two serve as alternative Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace the tension three are Skyfall alternatives. I also ejected to use an orchestral You Know My Name in two of the gun barrels, with the thinking that its Daniel Craig/David Arnold's signature theme, the equivalent of the James Bond theme or the 007 theme. Using it in both the Quantum barrel and the final Skyfall barrel. I used Brosnan's animated 90s barrel and Craig's Skyfall walk for all 5. It's not perfect but its better than the film.
1. Casino Royale
2. Quantum of Solace
3-5. Skyfall
let me know which you like.

Agreed.
Of course Dalton filmed only one, so it's down to which ever one has the better musical score. With that I will go with LIcence to Kill as well.

His pose is too stiff. Never sat well with me.

License to Kill is my all time favorite, but Daniel Craig's isn't bad either.
