This news report from Turkey contains a very interesting fast monage from Skyfall, stuff we’ve not seen, and it’s obviously footage from the film itself.
I think it is a leak of the teaser, well, some of it.
Is this our first glimpse of the Teaser? UPDATE: It's not.

There's definitely footage from Quantum of Solace, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and I think Mission: Impossible III (!) mixed in there. So just something the news station whipped up.

Aww my poor heart can't take any more excitement about 'Skyfall'!
Never mind..crafty swines though, putting out a report with all that footage blurred into one. You'd never know unless you knew all the films, bar the 'QOS' bits. Cheek!

That's... weird. Maybe they pulled a fan trailer from youtube or something? Otherwise odd to go to all that effort.

It annoys me that news reporters just take anything and use it. I mean why show an obvious fan trailer? It's like MI6 HQ.
