Just back from the German presentation of "Carte Blanche" at the 'English Theatre' in Frankfurt. Start of reading tour in Germany. Great event, did some reading himself, the German parts were read by Daniel Craig's German voice, Dietmar Wunder (who did a great job).
I also had an appointment with him this morning and an interesting chat for about 45 minutes. Guess what interview you'll soon be reading on this site... (transcript may take a while, though)

Did he spill anything juicy? Hint of more Bond books by him or anyone?

For those of you who understand German, here's my article on the history of the literary Bond, along with a presentation of CB:

and my interview with Jeffery Deaver:

The original interview was much longer, but as it was published in a printed magazine, I had to keep it short. Full length transcript of the interview is in the making.
To answer your question, zencat: He said that he enjoyed working on CB very much. He's currently working on a new novel (I believe a Lincoln Rhyme one) and two short story collections. But after that, if they asked him to do another Bond novel, he'd be up for it with pleasure.
