Or a nod to the first: 'The twenty-third James Bond film!'

The film doesn't really need a tagline. The 007 logo on the poster is usually enough to sell it.
I'd agree with Captain Loosetrousers here. Doesn't really need one.
Though we'll probably get something like: "When the sky is falling, who ya gonna call?" haha

"Sean Connery IS James Bond" - You Only Live Twice
"Danger. Suspense. Excitement. There must be when he's around." - The World Is Not Enough
"His bad side is a dangerous place to be." - Licence To Kill
"Get Moore!" - Live And Let Die
"You know the name. You know the number." - GoldenEye
"Yesterday is a memory, today is history, tomorrow is in the hands of one man: Bond. You know the rest!" - Tomorrow Never Dies
"Look up! Look down! Look out! Here comes the biggest Bond of all!" - Thunderball
"Far up! For out! Far more!" - On Her Majesty's Secret Service
"It's the only way he lives." - The Living Daylights
"The First James Bond Film!" - Dr.No
Not bad..not bad....'Skyfall' could use a good one, but I don't think it would suffer without.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't TWINE. I think TWINE's was "Some men want to rule the world. Some women ask for it. And some believe the world is theirs for the taking. But for one man, the world is not enough.""Danger. Suspense. Excitement. There must be when he's around." - The World Is Not Enough
And I seem to recall one about there being one number that you can rely on during the countdown to the new millenium, or some such.
I liked the other ones GE used: "Accept no subsitutes" and "No limits. No fears. No substitutes." They were very simple and didn't need to rely on wordplay or working the title into the tagline."You know the name. You know the number." - GoldenEye

"London's burning, Mr Bond."
The best one so far!
Or just 'London's burning' would do fine.

Pretty much, but that was also a TWINE one. The teaser trailer and trailer used those taglines, but I thought they were really good, worked very well.
I don't know if they're going to use an obvious 'Bond' tagline if they do, like they did back in the day. It will be something rather sinister or very suggestive I reckon.
