I'll go with Austin Powers: Shagfall. 'Dr. Evil' just seems so uncreative.
More Bond parody titles:
The Hills Have Goldeneyes
OR
The World Is Still Not Enough

'The Hills Have Goldeneyes' - Something a little eerie yet sci-fi esque about that title...!
Which theme song made less sense to you, incorporating the title of the film:
Tom Jones with "They call him the winner who takes all. So he strikes, like thunderball!"
OR
Duran Duran with "Meeting you with a view to a kill. Face to face in secret places, feel the chill!"
??
Posted 17 March 2013 - 12:13 AM
Gotta go with Duran Duran - the whole song sounds like random, stream-of consciousness free-association. Pinky from 'Pinky and the Brain' could have come up with it.
Best buns in the business:
Tiffany "your troubles are all behind you now/if only they were brains" Case
or
Mary "Just push every damn button, will you?!" Goodnight
?

I always get a laugh out of that line by Goodnight.
More Austin Powers parody names;
Austin Powers: Megaballs
OR
Austin Powers: Mojo Royale

Mojo Royale.
Back to Bond twitter--
"No one bothers to take the time to give a really sinister interrogation. Instead, they keep tying me to a chair."
OR
"God, woman! Must you have a drink every time you give me an assignment? What'd you muck up this time, kidnapping or another worker's comp?"
Posted 17 March 2013 - 08:55 AM
"No one bothers to take the time to give a really sinister interrogation. Instead, they keep tying me to a chair."
Which theme song made less sense to you, incorporating the title of the film #2:
Tina Turner with "Now time is not on your side! With a golden eye! Golden, golden eye! With a golden eye. Golden eye!"
OR
Sheryl Crow with "Until the day. Until the world falls away. Until you say there'll be no more goodbyes. I see it in your eyes. Tomorrow never dies!"
??
Posted 17 March 2013 - 06:08 PM
Tough one I suppose I would have to go with Goldeneye.
What would you rather nickname your cottage or retreat: GOLDENEYE or SKYFALL?
Posted 17 March 2013 - 06:33 PM
Posted 17 March 2013 - 06:51 PM
Lee as Kamal. As urbane as Lee was, Jourdan would have been too slick by 'alf for Scaramanga.
Same challenge:
Topol as Kristatos
or
Julian Glover as Colombo?
Posted 17 March 2013 - 07:53 PM
Julian Glover as Colombo, I'd always be suspecting him to cross Bond or something.
Which Era had the better Bond film titles so for;
Brosnan;
Goldeneye (Ian Fleming's estate and a proposed WW2 mission)
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World Is Not Enough (Bond's family motto)
Die Another Day
OR
Craig;
Casino Royale
Quantum Of Solace (both Ian Fleming titles)
Skyfall (Book's family estate)
?

Craig;
Casino Royale
Quantum Of Solace (both Ian Fleming titles)
Skyfall (Book's family estate)
who is the worst villain of the two
Gustav graves
or
Karl Stromberg:

Graves.
Bond mash-up titles:
The Spy Who Loved The Man with the Golden Gun
OR
You Only Live and Let Die Twice
?
Posted 18 March 2013 - 08:33 AM
'The Spy Who Loved The Man with the Golden Gun' is a big one but rolls of the tongue easier.
Which theme song made less sense to you, incorporating the title of the film #3:
Matt Monro with "My running around is through. I fly to you from russia with love!"
OR
Shirley Bassey with "Diamonds are forever. They are all I need to please me. They can stimulate and tease me."
??
Posted 18 March 2013 - 10:12 PM
I suppose I would have to go with Matt Monro, perhaps that's why they left it till the end of the film.
Dalton's TLD and LTK OR Craig's CR and QOS?
Posted 18 March 2013 - 11:27 PM
Craig's CR and QoS.
Bond Mash-up titles 2:
For Your Goldeneyes Only
OR
Dr. Octopussy
?
Posted 19 March 2013 - 12:50 AM
FYGO
Dr. Octopussy sounds too much like an alternate title for Spiderman 2.
Bond 24 deliberately looping back to precede Dr. No - while still taking place in 2014 (????)
or
Going boldly into the future, keeping the familiar tropes and passing nods to the classics, while still creating new characters and plots

Bond 24 deliberately looping back to precede Dr. No - while still taking place in 2014. I don't care about anachronisms or continuity errors. The Bond series has had them for 50 years!
Bond mash-up titles 3:
On Her Majesty's Octopussy
OR
You Only Moon Twice
?
Posted 19 March 2013 - 09:54 AM
Oh dear, both sound like a 4th Austin Powers film...I'll take 'You Only Moon Twice'!
Which theme song made less sense to you, incorporating the title of the film #4:
a-ha with "I've been waiting long for one of us to say; save the darkness let it never fade away! The living daylights!"
OR
Madonna with "Guess I'll die another day, I guess I'll die another day. I think I'll find another way, there's so much more to know."
??
Posted 19 March 2013 - 02:35 PM
a~Ha's. It's a better song by far, but the phrase 'Die Another Day' does makes some sense in the song.
More Bond twitter:
"So she sells my flat and all she leaves me is a damn paper weight?! BITCH!"
OR
"There's no way this chick is a nuclear scientist. I mean come on, look at her. Who did she sleep with to get that job?"
?
Posted 19 March 2013 - 03:28 PM
"So she sells my flat and all she leaves me is a damn paper weight?! BITCH!" Very Craig's Bond.
Which theme song sounds more like a real, true song to the character of James Bond:
Carly Simon's 'Nobody Does It Better'
OR
Chris Cornell's 'You Know My Name'
??
Posted 19 March 2013 - 05:10 PM
Have to go with Cornell's "You Know My Name"...something very Fleming-esque about it to me..
Bond ally switch-eroo... Topol as Kerim Bey OR Giancarlo Giannini as Columbo??
Posted 19 March 2013 - 11:38 PM
Topol as Kerin Bey, I wasn't much of a fan of Giancarlo Giannini's Mathis.
Bond Car Switch-Up; Roger Moore in a DB5 OR Timothy Dalton in a Lotus ?
Posted 20 March 2013 - 01:28 AM
Moore in a DB5. I would've loved to see him drive the GF car.
Bond mash-up titles 4:
Tomorrow Never Dies Another Day
OR
The Man Who Loved Her Majesty's Moonfall Twice

James Bond mashup Austin Powers 4 title:
GoldenPussy OR Octoballs?

'Octoballs' could be interesting....
Which James Bond vs authority sequence is best...
Bond storming the Nambutu embassy, wrecking havoc and then vanishing in 'Casino Royale'
OR
Bond tackling the San Francisco police department around the city during 'A View To A Kill'
??
Posted 20 March 2013 - 04:55 PM
Definitely Bond celebrating being promoted by shooting up an embassy.
A fire engine in San Fransisco? Had John Glen never heard of Mack Sennett?
More James Bond theme worked into the motif of the score - not just injected at key moments like in Skyfall
or
No James Bond theme, a la Casino Royale
?
Posted 20 March 2013 - 09:50 PM
No Bond theme, the last three films ended on the theme and I'd like to see what they would do without it.
James Bond mashup Austin Powers 4 titles (loves these, great idea):
Swingers Are Forever OR Licence To Shag?
Posted 21 March 2013 - 12:51 AM
Back when EON sued Mike Myers over the use of the title Goldmember, he made a list of already approved alternate names for AP3:
Live and Let Shag, You Only Shag Thrice, Never Say Member Again and the aforerumored License to Shag.
So I guess that leaves Swingers Are Forever. (but I love NSMA!)
@#007: "Dude, where'd you think I'd hide a lake-sized satellite dish? It's not like I'm in a volcano lair. Here's a missile to clue you in. Love, Alec."

They all sound like teenagers in these Tweets, so I'll go for
@007: "Dude, where'd you think I'd hide a lake-sized satellite dish? It's not like I'm in a volcano lair. Here's a missile to clue you in. Love, Alec."
Which group would you have liked to see write and perform a Bond theme song in the 1980s:
Queen
OR
KISS
