The Bondola goes a little TOO daft for me, so I'll stick with the short but simple stalking of Manuela!

Which moment is Roger Moore most Bond-like for you?

Chasing and then helping Locque's car off the cliff with a kick in 'FYEO'

OR

Tailing Kalba and confronting Jaws at the Pyramids in 'TSWLM'

Definitely tailing Max Kalba and confronting Jaws at the pyramids in "Spy.." (Love the other situation in FYEO too, but it perhaps is more suited for Timothy Dalton or Daniel Craig...they would have really nailed that scene!!)

Who pulled off the "tongue-in-cheek" humor best in their Bond films.. Roger Moore, Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Daniel Craig, Timothy Dalton or Pierce Brosnan?

Oh it has to be Roger Moore. Can't fault him.

On that note, which Roger Moore-era villain was most bland in terms of "villainous" style and plot:

Aris Kristatos (FYEO)

OR

Kamal Khan (OP)

Even though I love FYEO, Kristatos was the most bland of the two above.

Preferred title song:-

'Skyfall' - but the uptempo 'Moonraker' is best which was used in the end credits.

Which villain deserves more love for his motives/personality/evil ways -

General Orlov (OP)

OR

Gustav Graves (DAD)

Orlov. Graves doesn't deserve any love.

What do you NOT want from 'Bond 25' if Daniel Craig returns:

A revenge fuelled plot

OR

A plot linking Bond's family / relations / history again

A revenge-driven plot..been done too many times recently..

As diamonds and gold have been done already in several of the Bond films, which precious jewels should feature next?  Rubies, Emeralds or Sapphires?

Let's maintain Fleming - 'Risico'.

Regardless of nods to the great man's works or stories, has the core of Ian Fleming's James Bond been lost from the character -

YES - It left as Connery progressed, surfacing now and then in other actors, but not being maintained despite nods and winks to the source

OR

NO - The character of James Bond, the British assassin, is still there and you can see the character from the books and films blend perfectly for the generation watching

NO - in fact, I think Daniel Craig has brought back some of the core elements to Fleming's vision of the character of James Bond.

Which did you think was a neater touch in SPECTRE.. there deliberately being very little to no music during the brutal fight between Bond and Hinx on the train, OR the comedic moment where Bond is pushing the little blue Fiat with his Aston in order to get by in the Rome street chase?

No music in the Hinx/Bond fight. The pushing of the Fiat was too tongue-in-cheek for that particular scene, which was already overstuffed with humor to begin with.

More absurd SPECTRE sequence:

Bond easily dispatching every henchmen after being freed from his torture in Morocco

OR

Bond shooting down a helicopter with a pistol while battling wind forces on the Thames

?

Ugh. Good call - both ridiculous....but as it annoyed me more, the fact Bond took down every henchman with one shot after his torture in Morocco. What a pointless outcome to a pretty decent scene.

Gut feeling. Is Daniel Craig...

Going to return as James Bond despite rumour, reception to SPECTRE and his comments

OR

Done with the role of 007 and going to focus on smaller, private projects after a decade as Bond

??

Honestly, I think he'll return for one more. He seemingly changed his tune about continuing around the time of SPECTRE's premiere. I have a feeling that EON are also doing the same thing they did with Mendes and may wait until Craig is free to really ramp up production on Bond 25.

On that note....

will Bond 25 release in:

2018

OR

2019

?

I'm going for 2018...I think they'll try convince us everything is ok in the Bond world without having another 4 year gap. The longer the wait, the more doubt we have about the security and confidence of EON and the Bond franchise.

What classic element would you like to see James Bond do in 'Bond 25'...

Compete at a sport against our main villain, like a vintage car race around a track or powerboat racing a'la 'Moonraker'

OR

Go undercover within the villain's organisation a'la 'Licence To Kill', working from the inside to break them down

I'd love to see Bond in a vintage car race.

Which film is more the black sheep of its era:

Goldfinger

OR

Skyfall

'Skyfall' - At least 'Thunderball' tried to mirror 'Goldfinger' in terms of that classic Bond style, and even 'YOLT' to a degree. 'Skyfall' just came out of nowhere and was so different to anything before or since for Craig. Almost like a spin-off.

Which villain was under-used the most in the DC era:

Le Chiffre

OR

Blofeld

Blofeld.. As with Raoul Silva in Skyfall, we really don't get much of him until an hour plus into SPECTRE.

In Bond 25, should Bond order a "Vesper martini" or the traditional martini, shaken-not-stirred?

Traditional. Let's leave the Vesper-echoes of the past now...it'll have been over a decade! Let her go, Bond.

Where do you think the future of 007 lies:

Continuing the darker, more real era maintaining Daniel Craig's attitude in future actors

OR

Curve-ball like Moore from Connery, injecting a new take on the same character just to make it different

Enough angst, self-doubt, personal loss and proving oneself. Bond became 007 in 2006 - let's have our confident, wisecracking blunt instrument who actually enjoys his job again!

Should B25 echo TB, YOLT, MR or OP?

Oh Octopussy, forever the underappreciated and often forgotten film in the Bond saga. I still think that the clown scene at the circus is one of the series' best and most intense moments. Even if moronic critics refuse to see what made it so tense. But I have to go with Thunderball. I want a classic, OTT adventure, with a fantastic villain and stylish locations.

Should M's briefing in Bond 25:

Be a traditional scene in M's office in London

OR

Enough with London being involved with the plot, have M out in the field like in LTK

Traditional! Please....M is a superior officer, not a field agent!

Are we getting too many Whitehall officers out in the field during the current James Bond films:

YES - Our MI6 crew are soon becoming Bond's team out in the field and it's getting tiresome; they're not field agents!

OR

NO - Moneypenny, Tanner, Q and M can do as much to help Bond in the danger-zone than just sat in an office!

NO!! I think it's great that Moneypenny, Tanner, Q and M can do as much to help Bond in the field..it's 2016 and the old standard definitely needed to be brought up to date.. As long as they aren't going overboard and turning Moneypenny into G.I. Jane or something like that, then we are ok..

Should Bond 25 get it's usual November/December release time slot in order to target the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, OR should EON try and shoot for a summertime release, even it it means pushing to summer of '19?

I think they should stick to NOV/DEC, it's kinda a tradition of mine to rewatch the series in the winter before the new film.

He'll depart sooner. Seems actors part more frequently than ever when other co-stars leave. He won't stay for a decent run, then it'll be all change again.

Are the James Bond films now something they are going to struggle producing in future?

YES - We won't ever get a cast that runs over a good number of films, and there will be no evident thread through them all. Each production seems to be uncertain.

OR

NO - The 007 machine is a well oiled production line and once it hits the stride it will continue to re-vamp and re-imagine the films for each actor going forward
