Better Dalton scene:-
Interrogating Pushkin in TLD
or
Manipulating Sanchez in LTK
??
Posted 23 April 2015 - 07:12 AM
Manipulating Sanchez in 'LTK' - just a great few scenes adding to a fitting conclusion
Picking faults in Daniel Craig:
Too "normal looking" and working class for someone as suave and sophisticated as Bond
OR
Too serious
??
Posted 24 April 2015 - 02:27 AM
Too serious
Bond villain name for Bond 26:-
Killa
or
Mister Dog-Bucket
??
Posted 24 April 2015 - 07:05 AM
Killa, cousin of Mr.Kil
Picking faults in Sean Connery:
Not a very 3-dimensional performance
OR
Simply too Scottish
??
Posted 24 April 2015 - 04:27 PM
Not a very 3-dimensional performance..
Which was the worst delivery of the "Bond, James Bond" line... Brosnan to Elliot Carver in TND OR Dalton to Linda in the pre-titles of TLD?
Posted 24 April 2015 - 06:00 PM
Posted 24 April 2015 - 08:27 PM
I always preferred the noisy posters of the late 60s and 70s, but the GF poster was probably more arresting in its day.
(And I beg to differ, CBB, but I prefer Dalton's curt introduction in TLD - who goes around introducing themselves like their name is a punch line? (A: RM & PB)).
Is it time for another wild chase with Bond outmaneuvering, out-stunting and generally wiping out a fleet of police cars?
Yes
or
No
?
Posted 25 April 2015 - 03:31 AM
Done well, yes.
Better Bond 26 villain:
Jean Reno
or
Arnold Vosloo
?
Posted 25 April 2015 - 01:14 PM
Posted 27 April 2015 - 04:29 AM
Boromir..
in honor of the late Robert Reitty...Which Bond character overdub do you think was his best... Strangways in Dr. No, Largo in Thunderball OR Tiger Tanaka in You Only Live Twice?
Posted 27 April 2015 - 07:10 AM
Tough call. But I would probably have to go with Tiger Tanaka in You Only Live Twice. It was probably harder for him to do a realistic Japanese accent than an Italian or English one.
Better John Gardner henchwoman:
Anni Tudeer (Icebreaker)
or
Nannie Norrich (Nobody Lives Forever)
?
Posted 27 April 2015 - 07:14 AM
Nannie Norrich - memorable, at least to me.

SPECTRE.
Preferred boat chase:-
LALD
or
Moonraker
??
Posted 28 April 2015 - 12:58 AM
LALD - there was more of it, and two iconic stunts.
Better underpowered chase:
Citroen DCV in FYOE
or
'Company car' tuk-tuk in OP
?
Posted 28 April 2015 - 07:09 AM
'Company car' tuk-tuk in 'OP' - great use of the city and some good action for a unique vehicle
Will we finally see DC ski in 'Spectre' do you think?
YES - Bond cant' traverse snow without some ski action
OR
NO - Stunning scenery aside, he won't be getting the skis on this time
??
Posted 28 April 2015 - 07:49 AM
I will guess at Yes.
Which train fight do you prefer:-
Fighting Jaws in TSWLM
or
Fighting Tee Hee in LALD?
Posted 28 April 2015 - 09:28 AM
Tough choice but I will go with the hulking Jaws in The Spy Who Loved Me
Better Gardner henchwoman:
Nannie Norrich (Nobody Lives Forever)
or
Beth (SeaFire)
?

Oh, it's a close one, but I will go for the ML94.
Preferred chase scene in Bond 25:-
Villain chases Bond through a wood, leading to a fight in a river in Canada
or
Villain chases Bond on motorbike across Tower Bridge in London

Posted 29 April 2015 - 03:17 AM
Canada. Could be an exciting sequence.
Better promo/theatrical posters 2:
For Your Eyes Only
OR
The Living Daylights ?
Posted 29 April 2015 - 07:08 AM
'The Living Daylights' - classic Bond style for a new 007
What factor of the modern James Bond theme heard since 'Casino Royale' irks you:
Too much twangy guitar
OR
Too much bongos
??
Posted 29 April 2015 - 07:28 AM
Bongos?
What would you rather returned in Bond 25:-
Outlandish plot, volcano hide-out and crazy villain
or
a Bond girl with a silly name
??
Posted 29 April 2015 - 03:16 PM
Over-the-top! A little ott Bond now and then doesn't hurt
Who would have made the better Bond:
Terence Stamp
OR
Richard Todd ?
Posted 29 April 2015 - 03:40 PM
Richard Todd in his day - Terence Stamp just wouldn't have the right qualities I don't think.
British talent to feature in 'Bond 25':
Ian McKellen
OR
Martin Freeman
??
