How much of that old Bond 17 treatment do you see here?
Is Séverine starting to look worryingly robotic in that airport stuff? Is she herself the secret gadget?

I don't think even Mendes has the skills to convince me that Blofeld has been undercover as a British government agent for a significant period of time!Strange, this photo with Fiennes taking action. Could he be THE bad guy after all? Could he be revealed at the end as... ESB?

Then again, if this film is "Blofeld begins" the character could be introduced as someone who starts from being a British goverment official turning to the dark side...
Personally, I would love the twist at the end that Bond may have done away with Silva... and then finding out that everything was planned by his real nemesis who is still very much alive and well.

it doesnt work since Blofeld cant just appear out of nowhere as Bond has not establish that part where Blofeld is the bad guyOf course, I was saying that with tongue-in-cheek.

the problem with traitor is it been done in QOS and DAD so it would be too close to do it again but DAD and QOS "traitor" was done poorly and not like other movies when there is a traitor it is more interesting.......if there is a traitor it should be done better than the previous two attemptsWhy can't he be a traitor?

Like the Star Wars films in relation the Palpatine.....................no i get the feeling it has very very little to do with any white cats, think that is harping back to the old Roger Moore days..

This new pictures really make it look as though Ralph Fiennes is firing at Bond, does it not?

I suppose it could be a big fat coincidence...

Would that not be too obvious thought, just as his surname begins with M, he is the prime person to take up the 'M' position?

Yes, this silly notion that people only stand a chance of promotion to the top job at the SIS is if their name begins with the letter M is either absurd of the filmmakers to pursue or equally ridiculous for us to think some clue. Please – No.

Eh... and what about Moneypenny? Is that not a M? (sarcastic, obviously)

Stupidly well done. As ever, I don´t see eye to eye with the man. Dench as M was never to my liking, although I do like her as an actress. The poem bit is priceless.

Yes it is, several sites I've been on have Gareth Mallory listed as the character name.Is Gareth Mallory, Ralph Fienne's official character name, now? and Gareth Mallory what are you up too and why do you have a gun?

Since the trailer has been seen I've been thinking maybe Bond breaks out of the interrogation and has a shoot out with Mallory.I don't think so. I think they're more likely to be covering each other. If they were firing at each other, I think the producers wouldn't have released these two photos concurrently. Probably the same location though, i.e. the Whitehall office building.
The John Cleese reference, very funny. The guy who stands up for George Lazenby, lol. You got to love Hitler's passion for Jedi. "What happened to the days of "Here is your mission Bond. Go do it and come back alive." Everyword of that made me laugh and cry laughing. He writes and makes a great comment on his poem.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2NbzlSIYV4

I also love the Star Wars and Indiana Jones ones. Those memes never cease to be amazing to me.

Does Garth and Gareth sound the same? Party on James and party on Gareth?...
