"FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE" - Censorship or Lack Of

During my latest viewing of "FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE", I noticed a scene in which there is a side shot of Daniela Bianchi in the nude, which occurred seconds before Bond's first meeting with Tatiana Romanova in his hotel room. Here is a link to the scene - "FRWL" Scene


Was this scene cut out by the British and U.S. censors in 1963/64, or was it kept in?

On the special edition commentary I think they say it's a full body, skin tight, skin colored suit, so she's not actually nude. Could be off on that though.

That's bare skin alright, but it's a body double.

I can't speak for 1964, but the scene was kept in the US print exhibited in 1965, when I first saw FRWL.
