One of the most iconic Bond locations ever has been put on the market in Palm Springs. I say we all pool our money and buy the thing as a clubhouse for us fans. A halfway house, if you will.

From what we can gather it was on the market recently for a paltry $14 million so if you fancy a legendary house in Palm Springs that has been featured in a James Bond movie and you have a bit of spare change in your pocket you now know where to look. I can think of worse places, even within southern California.
Bakersfield, for example.

It was 120 degrees Fahrenheit there last weekend. That's 49 degrees Celsius. I'd sell it too.
