Somehow, I don't think this has been discovered yet, but all three Moneypenny Diaries books are available as audiobooks from Audiogo.co.uk.
They're complete and unabridged, and read by actress and author Eleanor Bron. One for the collectors.
EDIT: You're welcome for the tip-off, MI6.

Over the last few weeks have been listening to these driving back and forth to work. Still think they are worth ten Devil May Care or Carte Blanche.

Tanner over at Double O Section has a uploaded a passionate blog post today praising the Moneypenny Diaries trilogy off the back of these audiobooks. Couldn't agree more.
I hope the series is reevaluated (sooner rather than later) and awareness of its existence raised so that it can enjoy the same kind of renaissance that, say, John Pearson's book has seen in recent years.
Sadly, to date, the Moneypenny Diaries seems to have been largely ignored, even by the most die-hard of Bond fandom.
