If you have not see this before (and I cannot whole-heartedly recommend it unless you are a devotee of schlock and/or Caroline Munro), Comcast cable is currently running this in their free on-demand movies in the United States. At least they are in the south east.

The film is of interest to Bond fans as it was shot during the 1981 Cannes FIlm Festival and makes for a nice time capsule of the sideline proceedings. There are lots of FYEO posters and adverts about including the massive entrance to the Carlton hotel. The Carlton features in several scenes.
