Now now... it MIGHT be an HD remake of the N64 classic... which would rock. Fingers crossed.
I hope so!
I'll be uploading the news about GoldenEye Reloaded in The GoldenEye Dossier

I wonder if its a port to 360 and Ps3 of the Wii Goldeneye 007 game. *Crossing fingers*
I'm hoping for this, too!

I remember an interview awhile back one of the developers was asked if the game was going to be ported over to the other consoles and he said that yeah they could port it over, but for right now they were focusing on the wii launch and how "exclusive" it was. Were we dropped hints all along and we didn't notice?!?!? lol

Whats strange about this is that the HD remake has been completed and was all set to head to XBLA and the PSN a year ago... but due to legal trouble with Nintendo and Rare it was indefinitely postponed. BUT, you never know.
It was actually a financial fallout between Nintendo and Microsoft (who happens to own Rare). Also, I heard Nintendo wasn't thrilled about the idea of XBLA getting the enhanced version while their own Virtual Console service got the original N64 version. The enhanced HD-remake of the original N64 game was completed as you say though.
I doubt this is it though.
Seeing as though many classic N64 titles are being released on the 3DS, I'm going to assume that Goldeneye 64 will be getting the same treatment.
I highly doubt it. Nintendo would have to pay Microsoft big and Nintendo has a history of shunning such tactics such as paying for exclusives or licensing properties & technology. Despite how innovative Nintendo can be at times, they are very old-school...almost stubborn about certain things that Sony and Microsoft on the other hand are aggressive and cutting-edge about.

I'm trying to enter the sites, but I get a common "404 Error" instead of an Activision "we didn't find your site" page. Strange, because I remember when I tapped "quantumofsolace.com" in February 2008, I got a Sony Error site.
You're grasping at straws here. It's simply a matter of how they have their domains set up. Right now the DNS for the domains is directed to Activision's nameservers, there's just nothing there yet. Thus the 404.
Also remember that companies buy domains ALL THE TIME. Thousands of them. The reservation of GoldeneyeReloaded007Whatever doesn't guarantee that is the new game -- it just means Activision is reserving it. Could be used, could sit for years undeveloped.

If Goldeneye Reloaded is what I'm thinking it might be for the Xbox 360 or PS3...if it came with new multiplayer levels then I'll be all for it.
Oh, apparently I've been promoted to Lt. Cmdr!

yea, this was my initial reaction as well. I will be hoping for a port of the daniel craig goldeneye for Xbox and PS3. i wasn't prepared to dish out a few hundred bucks just to play the one bond game last year on WII, so this activision's chance to regain some rep from meGoldeneye: Rouge Agent 2???

I highly doubt it. I recall the Activision booth being completely Bond-less last year.Chances at SDCC anyone?
Their only Bond presentation occurred during a special press event held at a swanky San Diego nightclub. coco1997 and I were in attendance although coco was more interested in the free booze.

My favorite memory of Righty007 was when he inadvertently re-created the James Bond gunbarrel sequence using only a dropped bottle of beer and the "Goldeneye"-themed backdrop at the Activision event.I highly doubt it. I recall the Activision booth being completely Bond-less last year.

That sounds better and more entertaining than any Bond game ever.

Will be a shame if it's GE Reloaded this year then Raven's game next, but I guess that's what'll happen. I hope GE Wii is just uprezzed for Move and that's it, I liked the Wii having GE as an exclusive.
