"...certainly better than many of the cheesy 80s posters."

I agree that a number of those 80's posters look on the cheesy side. I wouldn't care if they never returned to that style. I dig the Dr No and FRWL posters. A return to that style would be most welcome.

"How about a really exciting spy thriller?"

Would be good if Bond 23 was a spy thriller (with some obligatory action on the side) instead of an almost non stop action flick. Pigs might fly too.

OK, so how about a really exciting intelligent spy thriller?

Well, that'd be the icing on the cake. The flying pigs might sing karaoke too! :)

Thank God. As much as I hate the product placement, they do know what they're doing.

And the more that MGM is just a token label slapped on the finished product, the better.

Could be good news. Did Sony distribute the last two films, or was that MGM?

Just hoping an end to this double dipping and poor poster design.

I believe Sony did in fact distribute CR and QoS. What's wrong w/ the QoS posters?

I know that's only one of several posters, but James Bond has never looked so baddass...certainly better than many of the cheesy 80s posters.

I prefer the teaser poster myself, one of my favorite posters for any movie in years. Then again, in this age of TMI, I'm biased in favor of Spartan simplicity.
