At the end there he sounds as though he has an idea of what he wants to try for the next one. It's incredibly vague but he gives one the impression that now, with the story arc being complete, the sky is the limit and he intends on going there. Exciting stuff.

Completely agreed. I too feel Quantum of Solace was very underdeveloped, but I kinda think that Craig has justified the reasons for it being very action orientated. I feel that I can appreciate it just a little bit more.
I completely disagree. I found nothing wrong with the story for QUANTUM OF SOLACE. I certainly did not find it underdeveloped. And it was the right kind of story needed as a follow up to CASINO ROYALE. My only major grip with the movie is that the pacing was ridiculously fast in its first hour.

Scrotum of Bollax was missplaced in so many ways. Bond in this one was in Pantomime or some distant planet.Completely agreed. I too feel Quantum of Solace was very underdeveloped, but I kinda think that Craig has justified the reasons for it being very action orientated. I feel that I can appreciate it just a little bit more.
We've read some CBn's views that a certain actors performance was "phoned in", but in this it's confirmed by his awkard usuage of the gadget.
Craig is a good actor. Why not give him good material to work with, rather than trying to make him out as some sort of modern geek who would be more suitable working as a club doorman.
Okay. Keep the '24' or 'Bourne' stuff if you have to EON, but at least come up with something original instead of having to re-boot or copying what's gone on in the past.
My soap box is supplyed by 'Sod the Stench'.
