Probably not, but it all depends on Bond 23.

I doubt EON would go for it. They obviously have a plan for Quantum and the direction they want to take, and licencing its use in the games could very well mean the organisation deviates from their intended vision.
Plus, it would suck if you had to play the video games to understand the story arc. JJ Abrams tried that with CLOVERFIELD and the tie-in alternte reality game (it was a minor detail - most people thought the creature crash-landed in the ocean in the final shots of the film; the game revealed that this was actually a satellite re-entering the Earth's atmosphere, which awoke the creature) and it was rubbish.

I wouldn't mind it. Honestly it could be cool to see Quantum used.
