I saw one at the 007 exhibit in Vancouver a couple of years ago.

You could petition Factory Entertainment to make one. If there were enough interest they just might do it (I'm still looking forward to receiving my Golden Gun and Tarot cards next month).

Met one of the guys in charge of the Bond replicas at the Factory Entertainment booth at Comic-Con. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about Bond.
