£55!!! - I'll wait for the paperback or check the remainder stores. And since when is 007 an American superhero?
Whilst some of the chapters look very interesting, I'm afraid that for a collection of essays, it's too pricey for me.
I wonder if a certain Mr Norman checks out chapter 10?

The price seems a bit steep, even for a hardback. When will this be available in the UK, does anyone know?
It looks like a pretty interesting read, Bond is an always intellectually engaging subject and it looks like this new addition provides some extra insight from a variety of disciplines.

One matter likely to distract some readers is the proofreading.
Hmm. As someone who finds this sort of kiddie error unforgiveable at any price, this book will not be for me, especially given its desire to be placed alongside other such loftier educational tomes.
Authorial and editorial endeavours duly noted.
