YOU as BOND.

So I thought it would be fun for those of us who think we've got what it takes, and even those of us who just do it for sheer fun, to post any pictures or videos of us being Bond. I think it'd be fun to see our interpretations of the character and comment on our Bondability. And you never know, maybe one day Babs will find this thread and want to cast an unknown from the fan community.
Here's one of me to get us started

Back in 1984 when I was in high school I (along with a group of friends) made Casino Royale. It is so bad I refuse to show it to anyone these days.
Aw come on...put it on YouTube!

If he does, in a bid to gain some capital, MGM will probably sue him.

I did do a Bond film in college. No...I will not youtube it. It's not for the masses. However, in 2005 during a California visit with The Admiral, The Quartermaster, Mister Asterix, myself with our lovely Athena did an homage to OHMSS with received the highest of praise from the definitive expert on OHMSS Doublenought. Somewhere around here on CBn it lurks.
As to pics, well I do have a good one or two. Problem is, each time we update the site, many pics that were posted long ago get lost in old threads.
Here's one I've posted time and again from a evening in Vegas. The next is my profile photo and the last from London after the DMC launch.
A few have kindly said I gave Craig a run for his money with it. - Yes, they've all been paid.

Well it's common knowledge around here that Craig immitates Charles!
(And I don't mean the Prince of Wales! )
Well, I do have better teeth and look cooler in a kilt. BTW - I was fitted for my kilt at the same place as Lazenby was in London. They had pics on the wall of him.
Also, I don't look like Craig...He looks like me.
I'm sure he gets fellow CBn'ers walking up to him in London all the time with "Hey Charlie...I didn't know you were in London...Oh wait...you're not Charlie. Sorry..Never mind."
When I had the pleasure to meet Barbara Broccoli last year, I told her I worked cheap if Dan needed a stand in while shots were being set up. She laughed and told me "That's good to know."
Yeah, the phone still hasn't rang on that.
But, for fun, here's the youtube slide clip from The JJM (Joyce, John & Matt) adventures in Monte Carlo and Paris in 2006.
JJM 4 - 2006
No...Really.

God, I wish I can attend a DTBB somday!
PS: 009 looks like a badass here! Especially on 2:00.

After DTBB 3, the market took it's toll on me, but someday, there will be a DTBB4. I'll try to give everyone enough notice. Although, the locale may change. From what I've gathered on the web, it seems that there has been a sudden rash of Bond related events similar to my own taking place.
Cheers Aris and thanks. If a DTBB was to take place in Greece, I'm presuming you could help me coordinate all the FYEO and Colonel Sun locations. I do like Athens in the summer and have wanted to visit Corfu.

Just cane across this:

Great find, I had not seen that. DTBB2 ranks as possibly the best weekend of my life (you get a quick glimpse of the back of my head in that video). DTBB3 was great as well, but 2 was really a standout.
Still holding my breath for DTBB4.

Nice pics, you look very Bondian and so do the settings. You look like Daniel from the side and Ian Fleming from the front. And that's not necessarily a bad thing either.

009 is indeed a badass but (she'll kill me for this) does have cute one.
Yes, considerably!

Yeah, don't worry. I know the locations like the back of my hand! And I also one or two fine hotels here to host our crazy event. They don't mind having bullet holes on their walls, I know!
Anyway, I hope that the DTBB events will go on as long as these boards exist on the web.

Great, Bryce. You know which finger I'm holding up. No, and I'm not smiling.

Okay, yeah, dumb question. Just add this one to the list of beatings you owe him and you can throw a shoe (or pair) at me later.

For fun I thought I would add a pic from DTBB2 of Professor Dent, Bryce003 and Jaguar007 looking less Bond like and more "rat pack" like
I think Athena may have taken the photo
Now there's 3 Bond villains and no mistake!

I've been told that me as James Bond looks very much like Lurch from Addams Family.
How tall are you Chris? I'm sure at some point Hollywood will re-remake The Addams Family. Hollywood might just come knockin' on your door

Only 5'11" but Paramount Pictures has contacted me to do a screen test for Young Lurch in the new Addams Family origin story, Addams Family Ethics (2012).

Me as Fawkes...Harry Fawkes.
From a scene of a film I was in a couple of years ago. I brought a touch of Bond to the director's world and he liked it. Even whistled Goldfinger in it. I'll see if I can find the You Tube clip for anyone whose interested. I've also worked on a couple of British and German productions and at the moment I'm being used for a new PC Game that should hit the European market some time next year. Again I play the bloody villain! Pity. I told the producers I'd make a great romantic lead. Yeah, yeah, great, they said. But we'd like to see the evil side of you thank you very much.
I'll tell you all how I got mixed up in the film bussiness soon as I got a free moment. Believe me, because of my job in the Army I turned down loads and loads of offers. Even an offer from Spielberg himself, believe it or not. And that was for the film Munich! But that's another story....

I know, bad quality but I'm sure you get the gist. Had to record it off the TV with me mobile and then upload it.
Poor man's take on Goldfinger
