Maybe the Doctor has something interesting to report about it, he hasn't called me yet. Maybe it would be interesting to know who decided this quote to be on Fleming's grave: himself, his family or is it maybe kind of a standard that used to be on 3 graves out of 4 by that time. Maybe Fleming had a fondness on Lucretius or whatever. Who knows.
But I'm concerned about something different: the picture you posted is relatively new. Does the gravesite still look that way? I think so, otherwise you would have mentioned it. There are some people who still make loads of money on his work these days. Isn't it a shame that they don't seem to have those few extra pounds left to have the grave cleaned up and restored. tsk,tsk....

Yes the grave is in quite good condition really. Quietly dignified. That photo makes it look worse than it is to be honest.
