I like all these suggestions. A couple of my favourites are Silver Streak (featuring Jaws - pre TSWLM, and Sheriff Pepper - post LALD), as well as Terror Train and Horror Express.

For sure, but I think FRWL just about tops it for me.
Connery is in both films

While The Cassandra Crossing and Under Siege 2: Dark Territory weren't great movies, they certainly had plenty of train action. What about Von Ryan's Express and, of course, The (First) Great Train Robbery? The latter is surely worth a mention.
