Well mine are:
1) "Finish the job James blow them all the hell"
2) "For England James" - 006
"No, for me" - 007
3) "Do you expect me to talk?"
"No Mr. Bond I expect you to die"

What's your favorite Bond saying/quote?

Mostly whenever Bond plays dumb.
From TND:
BOND: I've been wondering about your satellites. How you've positioned yourself globally.
CARVER: Mr. Bond, satellites are merely tools for information.
BOND: Or disinformation. Say, if you wanted to affect the course of governments. Or a person. Or even a ship.
CARVER: You have a vivid imagination, Mr. Bond. I should commision you to write a novel.
BOND: Oh, heavens no! I'd be lost at sea...adrift...
From GE:
BOND: The name's Bond. James Bond.
XENIA: Xenia Zarganeva Onatopp.
BOND: Onatopp?
XENIA: ONATOPP.
BOND: Er... Your accent... Georgian?
XENIA: Very good, Mr. Bond! You've been to Russia?
BOND: Not recently. Used to drop in occasionally. Shoot in and out.
XENIA: Russia's a very different place now. A land of opportunity.
BOND: With a Ferrari in every garage?
XENIA: Not exactly. I'm borrowing it from a friend.
BOND: Tell your friend that the registration plates for this year begin with the letter "L." Even the counterfeit ones.
XENIA: And...uh...what rank do you hold with the License Bureau, Mr. Bond?
BOND: Commander.
XENIA: This one's an Admiral.
BOND: I always like a girl who enjoys pulling rank.
XENIA: Nice to meet you, Mr. Bond.
BOND: The pleasure, I'm sure, was all mine...
AND OF COURSE, THE LASER BEAM BANTER FROM "GOLDFINGER!"
BOND: Do you expect me to talk?
GF: No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!

My favourite is "I think he got the point" from Thunderball. I've used that one a couple of times at work, but nobody seemed to get it.
"All those feathers and he still can't fly" is also high on my list, the way Roger Moore delivers that line makes it a perfect end to the chase.
And of course, "Bond ... James Bond" in its many incarnations will always have a special place.

Goldeneye:
Trevelyan: "For England, James?"
Bond: "No. For me."
For me that just seems to sum up the whole film.
TWINE:
Elektra: "You couldn't kill me, not woman you've loved."
Bond: "You meant nothing to me." Elektra turns handle. "One last screw."

Oh wow thats a tough question. Heres some of the greats.
Bond "Do you expect me to talk?" Goldfinger "No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"
Scaramanga "A duel between Titans, your walther PPK against my Golden gun."
006 "For england James?" 007 "No, for me"
Frost "I see Mr. Bond has been explaining his big bang theory..." Jinx "Ya, I think I got the thrust of it."
Bond "We have all the time in the world."
Bond "Vodka Martini, Shaken Not Stirred"

Also, I love the end of Moonraker.

Love this one:
"Half of everything is luck, James."
"And the other half?"
"Fate."
...fits well into everyday conversation too!
I think my all time favourite Bond associated quote (as opposed to Bond quote) is from Notting Hill, when they're all packed in the car screeching instructions and the driver (sorry, I can't remember the actor's name) stops the car and quips:
"Jame's Bond never had to put up with this ****"
I use it ALL the time when I'm driving (...even more than I use the word "Spam" in general conversation...Python and Bond have a LOT to answer for
