Well, "devil may care" is an old saying.
According to this article the horse is a 3-year old, and Devil May Care was only published 2 years ago.

I saw this a few days ago and thought it was hilarious. I thought about being there in person since it's only about a 90 minute drive from here, but they're forecasting a LOT of rain for tomorrow. I'll just watch on TV
