Oh - it is. Very much so. Don't watch any more Bond films then, because the management ain't going anywhere....You have delivered this sort of comment unto us before; it seems to be a major theme running through what you post here.
Is there something personal here, or is it just rudeness? Would be useful to know.
It is not rudeness.

SO many people appear to be movie editors yet so few have probably done it....(and fan trailers using other people's work and efforts do not count).
You are talking about yourself, of course.
You think it's natural for Mommie Dearest to follow James Bond around the globe to teach him how to be a better man and a kinder, gentler spy. In the very near future, people will be ridiculing the "Stop! Or My M Will Shoot!" phase of the Bond films.

Two people who thankfully have seen half a century of success and produced 22 financially acclaimed hits of mass entertainment cinema. I think they know what they are doing.quote]
Disgust with the latest Bond films and the two bozos responsible for them.

No. I'm not. I'm talking about petulant little men who pour scorn on things they have no experience of - which is usually, from my experience (which does include editing) - why they pour the scorn in the first place.SO many people appear to be movie editors yet so few have probably done it....(and fan trailers using other people's work and efforts do not count).
You are talking about yourself, of course.
And you have still to answer people's requests for any evidence to your claims about - for one instance - Michael Wilson. How long have you been a WGA member then?

The two bozos currently producing did not produce all 22 films and "financially acclaimed" means nothing.
As previously stated, the Bond films are events, like the Superbowl. The public turns out to see them because they are events, not because of who is behind the camera. Change the players behind the camera and the Bond films will still be events, but they would also be better films.
Which points of view are acceptable to you?
Which opinions are approved of by the management?
Make a list and post it here so everybody will know.

Before anyone says, "Oh, but the last Bond film made millions and millions!" understand the amount of money a Bond movie makes proves nothing. These films are events, like the Superbowl. Everybody turns out to see the event and hopes for the best regardless of how it will turn out. By the time they find out, the money has been paid.
Exactly. Which is why I find it stupid that people use the 'Quantum outgrossed Casino Royale' argument, box office takings mean NOTHING.

Once again you are talking about yourself. You try to discredit everyone who doesn't share your mindless admiration for Judi Dench's M movies. You think these movies are about M, and James Bond is the co-star. And you think you can dictate what other people's views should be and then call their legitimacy into questions if they don't agree with you. No answer is good enough for Zorin Industries. Only mindless idolatry is acceptable to you.

Whatever. You are piling nonsense upon nonsense and this CBN member is not even interested enough to be bored. Though I do wonder why Dench has come into this one as an attack on me when I haven't mentioned her on this thread once.No. I'm not. You mean this thought from my post above:Hey Rich...say that Mommie Dearest line again will ya?
You think it's natural for Mommie Dearest to follow James Bond around the globe to teach him how to be a better man and a kinder, gentler spy. In the very near future, people will be ridiculing the "Stop! Or My M Will Shoot!" phase of the Bond films.
Feel free to quote that all over the forum if it makes you happy.

Bless you for your generosity of spirit. It does you no end of credit...If you're not interested enough to be bored, what are you doing here? Why don't you go away and find someplace that interests you? You have nothing of interest to say and nothing to contribute except the harassment of people who don't think like you do.
