I had never seen these before -- but they are quite good and simply evoke Bond.

This is not officially a Bond illustration, I do not believe, yet it has a very clear Bond / GoldenEye feel to it...

Alot of McGuiness' work evokes Bond.

That first one resembles James Coburn's Flint moreso than Bond.

When I finally got around to looking away from the girl. B)

Yup.

If he was aiming for Bond, it came out as Flint.

The first one is Robert McGinnis. Don't know where from, but I believe most of his work was book illustrations.
