While plans are yet to be finalised, sources have told CommanderBond.Net that actor Pierce Brosnan is expected to attend the Australian premier of Die Another Day, with Halle Berry also a possible attendee.

It has been confirmed, however, that the Australian premier for the film will be in Melbourne and not at Sydney's Fox Studio's.

Die Another Day opens Australia-wide on December 12.

Wonderful news.

If only I didn't live up here on the Gold Coast...

When is the Australian premier? You'll still be in the UK when the film has it's premier in Oz won't you?

Hey Daniel,

Do you know where and how much tickets for the premiere are (if they are possible to get)?

Please do Enjus since Blue Eyes has decided hes too cool for a mere Australian premiere...

Usually there are advanced screenings in Australia - there have been for all of Brosnan's Bonds. For TWINE the premier took place after these advanced screenings so the date of the Australian Premiere would be good since I'm expecting we'll be able to see it in Australia from December 5 onward.

In Adelaide and Sydney there were for sure....Sydney got TWINE before anyone at Fox.

Not sure about the Gold Coast though its worth checking the Brisbane cinemas.

Love the signature brendan.

now that i think about it i remember that brisbane had advance screenings of TND, but i was only 12 then, and too young to get up to brisbane. this time however ill have no problem. now im feeling quite optimistic.
as for my signature, its so hard being obsessed with both bond and buffy, its like having a split personality, not to mention expensive collecting everything. i should look into getting a life, lol.

Yeah I can vouch for that I saw TWINE twice the first day of advanced screenings at Fox.

id love it if the cinema was empty, people talking and stuff is annoying enough, but during a bond movie it is just plain unacceptable.

I agree totally. I'll see it opening night with some friends. Then again with my family and if I really enjoy it, a third time by myself when it goes to one of the secondary cinemas like the Mermaid cinemas [Gold Coastians will know what I mean :)].

Second time Tomorrow Never Dies ... Bond fires the ejector seat into the plane above ... packed cinema starts clapping and cheering ... everyone loves Bond. Can't beat that.

You suck Daniel lol!! Just kidding....... please take me with you????

I had a stick nose at the Fox website, but nothing there whatsoever. I think yu have to register or sometig to reach the media rooms, so i'l have a look ito it.

Can you bring me back some Penguins??? I love those, and the only place you can get them is the lolly shop in Beechworth and even then they're about $2 each!!lol

Have fun!
