Not sure how Athena found him. But, coincidentally, I got an email from a contact at Puffin today asking if I had noticed he was on Twitter.

David Arnold is a crack up to follow!Looks like David Arnold and Charlie follow each other. That's pretty neat.

athenastamos: @monstroso You should ask him if he sees the funny side. Charlie Higson meet @DavidGArnold ...now tweet your little hearts out! 1:18 AM Jan 15th
DavidGArnold: @athenastamos what are you, an online matchmaking agency? 2:22 AM Jan 15th
If you include @twitterusername that person will be able to see your message to them no mater if they are "following" you or you "following" them. The only way to have private communication is if you are both following each other. But posting @twitterusername is public communication that they can go into their "@" box and see. Ok, that was was more words than needed to describe that. Hope it helped!I was following myself on Twitter but I might fire it back up just to follow Charlie. How does the messaging work? You post on your twitter page @blah and if blah is following you they will read it?

new cover artwork for Enemy PB looking good. Going for very different look to hardback. Now all we have to do is get good idea for The Dead.
Man, if only he had this during the YB days.

Oh, cool, thanks. I missed that. Not worth starting a new thread for, but I see that Charlie has written the foreword for a new edition of a classic Doctor Who novel to be released in July...
They need to hire Charlie to write an episode of Doctor Who.
