I enjoyed DR. NO more. The radio play of GOLDFINGER only served to emphasize how much better the movie was over the book. Wish they'd adapt MOONRAKER or FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE, both much stronger novels. Or perhaps FOR YOUR EYES ONLY as a short series of half hour programs.

According to Nathaniel Parker's homepage there is now a radio adaptation of 'From Russia With Love' in the works. Toby Stephens is reprising his role as Bond. :)

Oh fascinating: thanks for the info.

Although... I wish they'd do some of the ones that the films didn't adapt so closely. Dr No, Goldfinger and FRWL all had movie adaptations that didn't really stray a million miles from the books they were based on. I'd rather have an adaptation of something the movies didn't adapt closely like Moonraker, Live and Let Die, or Diamonds Are Forever.
